The practice
Inside, the community gathers around three sub-groups you define. Each is curator-led with its own charter. Members mentor someone one step behind, advise someone one step ahead, and connect two people in their minds who have not yet met. Complementary members are surfaced, the offer that answers a need is named, and introductions are made that wouldn’t otherwise have happened.
